Abbeylawn use 7″ x 1″ thick imported kiln dried timber in our delux sheds
The picture to the right shows the size of the timber abbeylawn use in the delux sheds this is a 22 mm board machine finished down to 19mm
The smaller board is the 12 mm board used in a ot of the cheap sheds being sold in Ireland as delux sheds, making people think they are getting a bargain ,but really they are getting HALF the amount of timber .
Also Abbeylawn use 6×1″ T&G in the floor and roof of the delux sheds ,
NOT OSB or chipboard like used in the cheap sheds
All our sheds are made in Ireland and not imported cheap sheds

ABBEYLAWN GARDEN SHEDS are nailed not stapled they feature Tough glass, which is a new safety feature they also come with Galvanised hardware, heavy duty felt and Tongued and grooved doors.
Our Deluxe sheds are constructed from kiln dried planed weather sheeting. All Pressure Treated and Barrel board Sheds are lined with Pro-T on side walls.
16 x 8 Deluxe Felt Roof
This is the Delux type timber shed.
The timber is imported kilin dried pine .
The side timber is called weather board which is an overlapping type of T&G
The timber is machine finish from 7×1″ timber ,This gives it a smooth finish.
The Floor and roof are 6×1 ” T&G Board
This shed is not damp inside and can be used to store most household ithems

Steel Garden Sheds
SPECIFICATION ON STEEL GARDEN SHEDS & STEEL GARAGES
All Abbeylawn steel garden sheds and garages are made from a galvanized steel frame and sheeted with pvc coated cladding. This pvc is a thick plastic coating on the steel, which protects the steel from the weather and gives the shed an attractive look.
The shed comes in a variety of colours to blend in with your tastes and surroundingsThe colours range from the most popular green, brown, cream,black and grey We also stock a large selection of other colours.
All Abbeylawn sheds are maintenance free. Due to the pvc coating the shed will never need to be painted. The pvc coating ensures it will always retain its original colour.
Our designs include three standard widths 6’ 6’’ (1950mm ) 9’ 6’’ (2850mm) and 12’ 6’’and eleven standard lengths ranging from 9’ 6’’(2850mm) long increasing incrementally in lengths of 3’ 3’’ (975 mm) up to 29’ (8700 mm).

All Abbeylawn sheds above 8×6 have 6’ 6’’ (1950mm) high sidewalls, with an ‘’A’’ roof going up to 7’ 6’’ (2250mm) on 6’ 6’’(1950mm) wide sheds and 8’(2450mm) on all others.
All Abbeylawn sheds come with a standard door, which is 3’ 4’’ (1025mm) wide and 6’ 5’’ (1925mm) high. Double doors are also available giving a total of 6’ 10’’ (2100mm) when both doors are open.
All Abbeylawn sheds come with at least one clear sheet of fiberglass in the roof to allow natural light into the shed. This is a strong material that is very difficult to break or crack.

Abbeylawn sheds offer the option of a wooden floor on our garden shed range. This is ¾’’ (18mm) OSB.
We also offer the option of a tile effect roof, gutters and 3’ x 4’ (950mm x 1150mm) windows. See the price list for related details.
